CHANGES IN INDICATORS OF SEMEN PRODUCTIVITY OF BULLS IN THE CONDITIONS OF UZBEKISTAN DEPENDING ON AGE

The article describes the results of scientific and practical work on the study of changes in the quantitative and qualitative indicators of sperm production of imported breeding bulls-sperm donors and the local Bushuev breed grown in Uzbekistan starting from the age of 3 years, that is, after full physiological maturation. In addition to the results of a study of changes in the main indicators of sperm productivity, the article also outlines such issues as breed characteristics in terms of the proportion of sperm culling, the yield of sperm doses, the duration of bulls in the main herd, and so on. In part of the stated conclusions, the facts are stated that in the dry, hot and sharply variable climate of Uzbekistan, the sperm productivity of breeding sperm donor bulls differs not only in age and seasons, but also in the duration of economic use. As a result of the article, in terms of conclusions, proposals are also presented for organizing the collection of sperm products from sperm donor bulls in the conditions of Uzbekistan, taking into account the factors under study.
